So far we&#8217;ve given two tours (both on Sunday) and have received 3 calls.  The good news is we had a couple interested in buying it and loved what we&#8217;d done with the place, the bad news is their lender called me and said they were approved for $25K less than what we were asking for it and we&#8217;re not willing to go that low because we can&#8217;t.
