Around midnight the day before yesterday, I heard what sounded like knocking and thought it might be on our sliding glass door but Casey said he thought it was next door. Casey falls asleep (quickly) and a short while later the dogs started barking like crazy. I assume they saw something so I went downstairs to tell them to hush up so they didn’t wake Casey and Brady. I got down there and I heard shouting so I started thinking that the next door neighbors were fighting and someone got locked out (no, that’s never happened before but I didn’t know what was going on). I turn on the light to see what’s going on and there are 4 cop cars, an ambulance, and a fire truck up the street a few houses. I closed the blinds on the door so the dogs couldn’t see anything and went to the front window to watch a cop leaving the house and as he passes our cul-de-sac, shining a light up the street. That made me start thinking burglary or something. <\/p>\n
The next morning I found a website where I could look up the crimes in the area. Apparently someone thought they were a bad ass and refused to turn down their music, the cops were called and the dude still wouldn’t turn it down so they busted down the door and arrested him on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. HA! <\/p>\n
I have nothing more exciting to post about. The weather’s warmed up so I’m content with that for now.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
