A typical day for Brady at 1 year old. <\/p>\n
I’m back to sleeping in my crib at night. I generally wake up between 5-6 am and start crying. Mama comes to get me and nurses me back to sleep. She lets me stay in bed with her until I’m ready to get up for the day. <\/p>\n
Between 7:30 and 8:30 I’m ready to get up for the day. Mama changes my diaper and she feeds me breakfast. Most mornings it’s oatmeal (Mama’s been putting cinnamon in that sometimes like Nana does and I really like that) but sometimes I have yogurt or Cheerios. After breakfast I play by myself for a little bit then Mama and I play and read together till nap time.<\/p>\n
I consistently start getting sleeping (fussy) between 10-11. Mama nurses me and then I sleep in my bed for 1.5-2 hours. When I wake up, she changes my diaper again, gets me dressed, and feeds me lunch. Lunch varies but a lot of times I have yogurt and “fish”. Mama found me baby goldfish crackers because I was choking on the big ones. <\/p>\n
I usually play again after lunch. Sometimes Mama and I will run errands together. Around 3, I start getting sleepy so Mama nurses me again and I lay down for another nap for another hour and a half or so. I get another diaper change and then play some more until dinnertime. <\/p>\n
I’ve started staying up a little later and I no eat dinner around 6. For dinner I usually eat meat and veggies of some sort. When I’m done eating the real food, Mama gives me fishes to finish filling me up and keep me occupied while she cleans up\/cooks dinner. <\/p>\n
Every other night after dinner, I take a bath. I love baths! Mama puts me in my bath ring so I don’t slip and I splash around and play with my sponge and bath book while she bathes me. If Daddy’s home, he usually dries me off, puts a diaper on me, and gets me in my pjs. Then I get my hair brushed, ears cleaned out (with safety swabs), and if my teeth are bothering me some Tylenol or Motrin. <\/p>\n
Daddy and Mama kiss me goodnight, then Mama nurses me to sleep in her bed, carries me upstairs to my crib where I sleep through the night listening to my iPod. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
