Well there is some speculation that Paramount studios is going to try and bail on HD-DVD in the very near future, if that happens that will leave only one remaining HD-DVD studio, and I’m sure that will end very quickly as well.<\/p>\n
It looks like we were a little premature in jumping on the HD-DVD bandwagon and buying the Xbox addon drive and the few movies that we have.\u00c2\u00a0 Hopefully in the next few months you can find a Blu-Ray player for $100, that is the price point that will ensure more rapid adoption.\u00c2\u00a0 Although I still find that HD moves are overpriced, but it will take years for SD DVDs and HD DVDs (not HD-DVD) to be competitive,\u00c2\u00a0 considering that the majority of family’s still don’t have an HD capable television.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
