1820 Grams

That is just slightly over 4 pounds, so Brady is making good progress on the weight gain.

Our new nurse today is weird. Considering we have been at this for two weeks now it seems like old hat, but she came in this afternoon giving us all of these rules and stipulations. Neither of us were very pleased with it and are anxious to have our favorite nurse back tomorrow.

Losing the posting war.

Kelly is beating me on total post count (my 271 to her 477).  Wow.  I need to step up my game.

We are just hanging out with Brady today, probably won’t stay to much longer as Kelly wants to come back this evening around the time she gets weighed.  She is 3lb 15oz as of last night, so likely 4lbs at tonights weigh in.  She is progressing quickly.  Hopefully she will get to come home before her actual due date (as someone alluded to us yesterday).

A guy I used to work with in LA is going to CES today.  He was pretty excited about it.  I would be too as there are so many cool gadgets and new products being released.  Canon just released a whole slew of new HD camcorders, so maybe that will drive down the prices of the ones we were looking at a week or two ago.  We are still torn on if we should get a HD camcorder or perhaps a DSLR.  The DSLR will be much more expensive in the long run with lenses and such.  But we are more likely to use a still camera more then camcorder.  So its a toss up.

Hmmmmm I probably shouldn’t be buying stuff with a move in our immeadiate future.  Bah.

New HP Mini Mi

I’m so tempted to order this right now.  Netbooks are pretty neat and this little guy is great for folks with big hands like myself.  The keyboard is just huge and compared to the Eee or the Aspire its quite easy to type on.  PLUS I get a 15% discount on it.  So its fairly inexpensive with the configuration I have listed below.

Aaaaggghhhh.  Should I buy it or not.

Import Complete

I just wrapped up the final batch of posts from Kelly and imported them into WordPress. We now have all of our posts from when we started running PHPNuke. Sadly our first blog from Oct 02 – Feb 03 was hard coded HTML and we have lost that content in the shuffle over the years. But the bulk of it is there. Lots of crazy stuff over the years. The moves, the job hunts etc. We now have a total of 747 posts in WordPress, not that many considering how long we have been running the blog.

Kelly and I are heading over to the hospital shortly. I’m going to work from there today since I’m done with all the calls.
