Thinking about turning off the cable to start saving a bit more cash. There are only a few shows we watch that are only available via cable. I loaded up the alpha version of Boxee on my MacBook today and used it along with the iPhone Boxee remote today to watch hulu for awhile. So with hulu combined with OTA HD to our TiVo we could save $50 a month.
The weather was almost bearable today. Doodie found a nice big dirt pile to roll around in, I managed to capture a bit of it on camera which I will upload tomorrow. He just got a bath yesterday… Sigh.
Not much else going on right now. My Dad is scheduled to come out and visit toward the end of next month. This will be the first time my Dad has seen Brady in person and only the second time in eight years that he has been to my place of residence ( ironically it was here in Colo Spgs that he saw our first apartment). So I’m very excited about that. That reminds me I need to order some wood chips so I can fire up my smoker when he gets here.
Anyway. Going to go lay down and hopefully not think about the fact that I may be out of a job in five months.
