Going to the vet

Tomorrow Dude has his annual appointment to get his vaccinations up to date.  That appointment should be pretty quick and relatively cheap.  But on Thursday we’re dropping Stoli off to get her teeth cleaned which is not going to be so cheap or quick.  Casey has to drop her off between 7-8 in the morning and we can’t pick her up until between 3-4 and they have to sedate her which I hate.  Dude hasn’t been allowing her to chew on her toys and bones as much as she used to so now her gums are looking red and bleed when she does get to chew.  So we’re hoping we’re not too late in getting her teeth cleaned and that we’ll prevent any heart assocaited issues from waiting to get her teeth cleaned.  She really does need the cleaning otherwise we’d be a lot more hesitant to pay the $391 to get everything done.  I’m praying she doesn’t need any extractions or anything requiring further work because the price only goes up from there.  At least we’ll have all of the vet work done this week until Stoli’s due for her shots in January.
