Merry Christmas everyone. I haven’t been posting very much been REALLY busy. Tomorrow is moving day, then we are on our way to LA. Just about everything is packed, I tore down the entertainment center last night, and now the only thing that is still on and working is the cable modem and router. Only the bare essentials. We have a couple pieces of furniture to tear out of here today, like my old computer desk (going to the trash) and our dresser, then everything else is going in the truck with us tomorrow.
We FINALLY found out who our utility company would be when we got out to LA, and so we are trying to get our gas, water and power turned on and its starting to be a real hassel. Due to the fact that our building is only 90 percent compelte I don’t think we can get our gas turned on. No gas and no hot water make Casey something something. GRRRRRR. But we HAVE to be there this weekend. I’im supposed to be meeting my new boss on the 30th or so. <sigh>
I’m really scared to move my TV, its so heavy and trying to navigatet these stairwells in our building with this thing is going to be a pain, and now that the elevator in our new building isn’t done we will have to take it up the stairs again. That is the only thing I’m worried about, our bed is big heavy and awkward but I dont’ have to worry about breaking it, and I can only hope the couch gets destroyed so I can get a new one. :-).
So anyone who wants to come help us move tomorrow just give us a call, you are more then welcome to come and join in the FUN. No really.
